Cardell Norris

Co-Founder

Mr. Norris is a real estate developer, investor and veteran of 40+ years. Together with partner and wife Felicia, they invested and flipped properties in Las Vegas and Belize.  While serving in the United States Army,  Mr. Norris earned a bachelor's degree in sociology, which gave him a strong understanding of the social and economic challenges facing communities globally. Upon completing two tours, he became an insurance sales professional, which helped him finance his real estate investment career in Detroit. Mr. Norris followed his passion for revitalizing multi-family housing in low-income communities. He is committed to using his expertise to create a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

Felicia Norris

Co-Founder, Operations

Mrs. Norris is a passionate educator and driver for equity with 20+ years of experience. She leverages her Ed.D.,  MBA, & dual Bachelors in Accounting and International Business with minors in Economics & French to empower communities through quality workforce training. Previously, she led departments in Las Vegas schools and held accounting roles for over a decade. Her diverse background and strong leadership skills make her a powerful advocate for educational justice. 

Theresa Renee 

Co-Founder, Global Initiatives

Bridging vision with execution to ensure that OneSynergee’s initiatives are optimized, mission-driven, and effectively connected to the right partners and communities for lasting impact. With her advanced education and demonstrated expertise in sustainable development, intercultural relations, and strategic leadership, Theresa Renee is deeply committed to serving communities in the Global South.

W.S.J. Henderson

Director of Construction

Mr. Henderson is a seasoned construction professional with more than 17 years of experience in the welding industry. He has worked on various projects, from small residential builds to large commercial and industrial constructions. Mr. Henderson is recognized for his zeal for teaching and sharing knowledge with others. He adopts a proactive and systematic approach to instruction. Before his construction career, Mr. Henderson served in the United States Navy. His leadership qualities, diverse skill sets, and expertise make him valuable for Synergee's  initiatives. He is passionate about positively impacting communities that lack adequate infrastructure. In such projects, Mr. Henderson is eager to design and implement a progressive curriculum, providing practical, hands-on learning opportunities.

Laiba Nasir 

Engagement Manager

Laiba brings a compassionate and focused approach to her role as Volunteer Engagement Manager. With a background in mental health, child protection, and trauma-informed care, she fosters supportive environments where volunteers feel seen, valued, and equipped to contribute meaningfully. As an aspiring Clinical Psychologist, Laiba’s insights into community well-being deepen her impact across OneSynergee’s programs, helping bridge care, resilience, and sustainable development through thoughtful coordination and service.
